  • Share the wisdom across geographies, divisions, functions.
  • Do not just follow-up. Emphasis on following-through! Make sure your team has all the information they need after a training, a meeting or a planning session to follow-through during execution.
  • Choose a solution with an intuitive feel and simple navigation. The kind that becomes “smarter” the more it is used.
  • You should make sure it is a tool that is a daily part of your business, one that is a time-saver and one that makes everybody in the company better at what they do.
  • Use engagement techniques. Not just questionnaire and feedback forms, but also incentives.
